Cyber security professionals work in virtually every industry, responding rapidly to real-world threats.
The Diploma in Infrastructure Management and Cybersecurity program focuses on the array of methods used to protect data and information systems. Students receive training in technical and business skills such as database applications, systems administration and data recovery. Coursework combines criminal psychology, digital forensics and policy analysis to provide a complete perspective if IT security.
The program includes training in security basics, networks basics and defense, identity and access management, cryptography concepts, system administration, logging and monitoring, programming, web security, project management, and threats and vulnerabilities. You will get fundamental computer network and technology training to become a Network Engineer and System Administrator.
You’ll receive training in computer hardware and software, Microsoft Windows server, CISCO router and switch as well as in a range of skill sets, including Design, installation and management of computer networks and systems, Network Security, Computer and network troubleshooting, Project management, Programming concepts, and Virtualisation technologies.
This program will educate you on how to protect computers, applications and networks from unauthorized and malicious users or software. It will cover the key cybersecurity concepts of cryptography, cyber forensics and network security in addition to topics such as mobile network security, cloud security, and ethical hacking techniques and tools. This Cybersecurity program will also address supporting concepts of information system security that are integral parts of cybersecurity.
At the end of the programme, you will become a cybersecurity expert who can:
